Roll-Off Dumpster Driver (Non-CDL / CDL) – Local Routes
We are seeking a reliable and professional Roll-Off Dumpster Driver to join our team.
If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in your work, we’d like to hear from you.
You Must Have Roll-Off or similar heavy equipment experience.
We service residential, commercial, and government/military customers throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters safely and efficiently (20 yard and smaller)
- Plan routes and navigate using GPS and dispatch software
- Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and updates
- Perform daily vehicle inspections (tires, lights, fluids, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
Equipment
- Ford roll-off trucks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
- Valid DOT medical card
- Must be 23 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to perform physical work (climbing, tarping, etc.)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for dispatch and communication
- Strong knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
- Professional attitude and appearance
Screening Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy
Preferred Experience
- Roll-off, hook-lift, or rollback truck experience
- Heavy equipment or construction-related experience
Work Environment
- Construction sites, residential neighborhoods, and commercial properties
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Dress Code
- Work jeans or similar durable pants
- Construction/work boots (waterproof)
- Company shirts provided
