We are looking for motivated, bilingual Retail Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will act as the face of a premier wireless brand, helping local customers stay connected while driving retail sales in a fun, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Excellent Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, assist with billing and account inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every store visitor leaves happy.
Drive Sales & Earn Commission: Uncover customer needs to recommend custom wireless solutions, including the latest mobile devices, rate plans, home internet, and accessories.
Master the Wireless Industry: Participate in hands-on training to learn line-of-business software, upcoming promos, and effective sales techniques.
Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, opening/closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining store merchandising standards.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Language Requirements: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese is required to effectively serve the local Long Branch community.
Experience: Prior customer service or retail sales experience preferred, but not strictly required.
Coachability: Must be open to receiving feedback, willing to learn proven sales methods, and eager to grow professionally.
Availability: Nights and weekend availability is mandatory. Schedules will include evening shifts, weekends, and select holidays based on retail store hours.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor and occasionally lift merchandise boxes up to 20 lbs.
