As an ideal candidate, you’ll be an excellent communicator, calm demeanor and a natural leader with previous restaurant managerial experience. As part of our management team you will have proven experience overseeing operations, inventory systems, manage food and labor costs, scheduling, interview and hiring employees, and communications departments. As a manager you’ll be an expert with strong abilities to delegate BOH/FOH responsibilities, kitchen operations and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to help lead a team, while maintaining the integrating of our culture, guest satisfaction and work toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
Objectives of this Role
· Provide and uphold standards of excellence in leadership, management and accountability within the restaurant
· Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity, reduce food and beverage costs and innovative improvement strategies
· Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing successful BOH/FOH processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment and maintaining a positive employment culture
· Continually provide feedback to team members to improve specific knowledge/skill areas
· Accountable for daily operations, reports, procedures, regulatory guidelines and ongoing training, when necessary.
· Responsible for safety (food, staff and facility, etc.), security, maintenance, employee relations, guest relations and HACPP compliance
· Responsible for weekly scheduling
Directly Reports to:
· President/CEO
Principle Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assure their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
· Responsible for handling inventory, ordering and managing food costs
· Encouraging and supporting fun, yet competitive sales goals for FOH & BOH staff. Provide proven and successful implantation of goals
· Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing FOH & BOH employees
· Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and inventory plans
· Delegate responsibilities to employees to perform while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
· Resolve internal staff conflicts professionally and to the mutual benefit of those involved
Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant managerial role
· Strong decision-making capabilities
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to collaborate and delegate with key management, owners and staff
· Proven ability to develop and maintain inventory control
· Ability to motivate and lead the team while holding employees accountable and maintain a positive workplace environment
· Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
· Previous performance evaluation experience
