Repair Technician (Roofing, Siding, Gutters)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our repair team. This position focuses on roofing, siding, and gutter repairs, along with completing punch-list items and small exterior projects. Responsibilities

• Perform residential roof repairs and maintenance
• Complete siding repairs and replacement work
• Repair and install gutters and related components
• Operate a siding brake proficiently
• Troubleshoot exterior home issues and provide repair solutions
• Complete punch-list items and final job completion tasks
• Safely work on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members

Qualifications

• Experience with roofing, siding, and exterior repairs
• Proficient with a siding brake
• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Trustworthy and professional when interacting with customers

Compensation

• $30-$40 per hour or salary
• Hourly or salary position available depending on experience, skills, and overall fit
