Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support corporate compliance, licensing, and regulatory functions. This role works closely with leadership to ensure the organization meets all state requirements and maintains strong internal controls.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine audits of systems, procedures, and licensed employees
• Identify compliance risks and support corrective action plans
• Serve as a resource for branches on policies and regulatory questions
• Monitor state regulatory updates and assist with policy revisions
• Prepare compliance reports for management
• Coordinate and deliver training related to licensing and state compliance
