What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director – Private Estate & Household Management position at Confidential?
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our Southern California operations, overseeing client service, team performance, and the day-to-day management of our portfolio of private residences.
This role is specifically designed for a private service professional with direct experience supporting UHNW individuals and families within their homes and estates. The ideal candidate will have a background in private estate management, household management, family office residential operations, or a similar UHNW private service environment. This is not a traditional property management role and does not focus on multifamily, apartment, HOA, leasing, or commercial real estate operations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the level of judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and service required when managing private residences. The Regional Director will lead and support our Southern California team, oversee client relationships and home operations, maintain consistent service standards, and help develop the systems and processes needed as the region continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can move seamlessly between the big picture and the details—developing people and improving operations while staying closely connected to our clients, their homes, and the teams that support them.
