We are seeking a versatile PMHNP-BC to join a practice that redefines psychiatric care for residents in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Residential Care settings and Memory Care
This isn’t a "one size fits all" position—you have the flexibility to blend In-facility clinical rounds. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to a diverse adult and geriatric population, with the autonomy to implement specialized care plans that improve quality of life.

Clinical Scope & Specialties
- Comprehensive Management: Provide expert diagnosis and medication management for residents with dementia, mood disorders, and chronic mental illness.
- Collaborative Care: Act as a key consultant for facility staff, focusing on non-pharmacological interventions and Gradual Dose Reduction (GDR) strategies.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active/unrestricted RN and APRN license in Missouri.
- Certification: Board Certified PMHNP-BC/C.
- DEA: Active registration with the ability to prescribe for OUD.
- Payer Ready: Eligible for enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial panels.
