Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow strict procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Pay Range: Starting at $20 per hour - Shift & Dept differentials available!
What’s the Job?
- Perform manual and automated manufacturing tasks including product inspection, machine loading, aseptic filling, and formulation staging
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation in compliance with FDA, cGMP, SOPs, and SWIs
- Handle and transport materials safely using manual methods and equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift for logistics roles)
- Adhere to strict aseptic, safety, and gowning standards to maintain a cleanroom environment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping of production areas and common spaces
What’s Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs, with prolonged standing, bending, and reaching
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital documentation
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to successfully complete required training, onboarding, and qualification exams (e.g., cGMP)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards, including no jewelry, makeup, scents, or cell phones on the production floor
