Large and well-established property management company seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a residential community in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations
- Lead and supervise on-site staff
- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Maintain budget and financial performance of the property
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience, including 3 years as a Property Manager
- Lease up and renovation experience strongly preferred
- South Carolina Property Manager License
- Previous property management, property leasing, fair housing, and multifamily housing experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
