**Office Administrator**

**Orthopedic Practice – Broward**

**Hours:** 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


**Overview**

A well-established orthopedic practice is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage daily operations. This hands-on role requires operational expertise and a proactive approach to enhancing workflows and patient experiences.


**Key Responsibilities**


**Operations & Leadership**

- Oversee daily operations for efficient patient flow and scheduling.

- Manage and mentor staff; establish and improve office policies.

- Lead staff meetings and implement performance metrics.


**Financial Oversight**

- Oversee billing, collections, and insurance processes.

- Monitor revenue cycle performance and implement improvements.

- Assist with budgeting, payroll coordination, and cost control.


**Compliance**

- Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.

- Maintain readiness for audits and oversee credentialing processes.


**Patient Experience**

- Address patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.

- Analyze patient flow and implement service delivery improvements.


**Technology Management**

- Manage EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks).

- Track key performance indicators and generate actionable reports.


**Growth & Marketing**

- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.

- Support marketing efforts to increase patient volume.


**Qualifications**

- 5 years in medical practice management or office administration.

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations; orthopedic experience preferred.

- Familiarity with EMR systems; strong organizational and communication skills.
