Job: Plumbing Mechanic
Alltype Plumbing & Heating Solutions LLC is a service company to hundreds of residential, multifamily buildings in New York City. We are a growing team of young technicians.

Skilled Job Functions:
- Independent installation, maintenance, modification and repairs of plumbing and heating systems and equipment
- Customer service with household residents, property managers and building owner representatives
- Relays questions to supervisors
- Follows safety procedures and guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Vehicle driving and organization
- Work shift is from 10 am to 6 pm weekdays and at least one Saturday per month

Skills Required:
1. General interest in plumbing and heating
2. Self-motivated
3. Ability to effectively communicate verbally, politely and respectfully with clients and co-workers
4. Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl talk and hear
5. Vision abilities (with correction) including close, distance, peripheral, depth and the ability to adjust focus
6. Able to work in all weather conditions
7. The employee will frequently be required to walk, stand, sit, bend, climb, reach and use hands
8. The employee will regularly be required to crawl, kneel and lift and/or move objects in excess of 80 lbs.

Other Requirements:
1. Work shift is from 10 am to 6 pm and at least one Saturday per month
2. Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License
3. Must be 18 years of age or older
4. Punctuality and reliability

Pay & Other:
- Base Pay is commensurate with Experience and Work Performed, but not less than $28/Hour
- In addition to Base Pay, eligible for performance-based enhanced compensation paid out on a quarterly basis, subject to working independently, safely and achieving customer satisfaction and targeted performance levels
- Paid time off, holidays and health benefits available subject to terms of employment
