Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney (English/Spanish) to join our well-established plaintiff's law firm in our Orlando office. In this full-time, in-office role, you will primarily handle motor vehicle accidents and premises liability injury claims. The ideal candidate is a true "people-person" who relishes managing a challenging caseload while providing top-tier communication and advocacy for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse and challenging personal injury caseload from inception through resolution, focusing primarily on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.
- Advocate fiercely for clients, ensuring they feel supported and prioritized throughout the legal process.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, utilizing excellent legal writing skills.
- Conduct negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Utilize modern case management technology to maintain accurate, up-to-date files and efficiently multitask across various cases.
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Bar license (Florida Bar required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year of hands-on experience in personal injury law (plaintiff experience strongly preferred).
- Language: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively serve our diverse client base.
- Skills: Strong foundation in tort law, personal injury dispute resolution, and legal case management.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated, organized, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to our in-office location in Orlando, FL 32804.
