Your tasks might include:
· Emailing clients for information
· Faxing, scanning, filing
· Opening, sorting, processing mail
· Managing/scheduling calendars
· Assisting your manager with their tasks
· Entering data
· Answering and responding to phone calls

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience in unemployment claims management industry is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service also a plus
