Our family law firm is a very specific ecosystem. We are the most in demand family law firm in Bakersfield, California. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Paralegal to become a valuable member of our legal team. Prior family law paralegal experience is required. We represent clients from small to multi-million dollar estates. Paralegal certification is required.
We have a high case volume and provide exceptional representation to our clients.

You will be working for a matrimonial law firm that deals with high net worth clients that focuses on litigation.

Duties
- Assist attorneys with legal research to support case development and strategy.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage case files using document management systems to ensure organized and accessible records.
- Conduct thorough document review and data entry.
- Support project management tasks by coordinating deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars for legal teams.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for case preparation while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proofread legal drafts for accuracy; transcribe depositions or meetings; assist with filing documents in courts or regulatory agencies.
- Provide administrative support including phone etiquette, organizational tasks, filing, and clerical duties to streamline office operations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
