Summary:
Service Crane Company is a sales and service organization specializing in overhead cranes and hoists and is looking for a sales representative to cover an existing Indiana territory
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Increase sales by servicing existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
- Keep management informed by entering information into our CRM and filling out weekly schedules in advance.
- Writing and submitting quotes
- Perform site visits and recommend products based on customer wants and needs.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Incorporate new and existing sales plans and marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.
Qualifications:
· Have proven record of reaching sales goals
- Possess mechanical aptitude
- Be driven, Self Motivated and Hard Working
- Be both a relational and technical sales person
- Be willing to put in the time necessary to reach goals
- Be a great communicator both written and verbal
- Be capable of reading and understanding basic parts and construction drawings
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum 2 years sales or crane/hoist experience
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to drive long distances, in both day and night
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
