Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio state license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Availability for day shift with weekend rotation.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and credential maintenance.
