We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations for an established organization
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong warehouse leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees, improving productivity, and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, and receiving.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
- Manage daily staffing, labor planning, employee scheduling, attendance, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including order accuracy, productivity, on-time shipping, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide employee feedback, and address performance or attendance concerns.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, material movement, and warehouse organization.
- Coordinate temporary and seasonal employees during peak operational periods.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and overall warehouse performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and established safety procedures.
- Partner with management to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
Qualifications
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing high-volume picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipping operations.
- Strong background in employee leadership, labor planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience managing warehouse productivity, operational KPIs, and shipping accuracy.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and RF scanners.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
- Experience supervising temporary or seasonal employees preferred.
- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean, or process optimization is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
- Four-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
