Operations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Operations Specialist to join our Fort Atkinson team. This role is ideal for someone with strong front-end customer service skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling a mix of in-person interactions, phone support, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in patients with a focus on CPAP/PAP services Perform insurance verification and schedule appointments Enter sales orders and patient data accurately into the system Assemble PAP products and provide basic product training to patients Manage inventory, including putting away stock and tracking supplies Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone-based customer service Support reception and general customer service functions Collaborate with the on-site PAP Technician and CSR Participate in potential on-call rotation after the completion of contract period (latest shift ends at 8:00 PM, 2x per month) Workload Breakdown: 60% Patient-facing (in-person support and training) 30% Phone-based support 10% Order entry and administrative tasks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Atkinson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
