About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced operator to lead a multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and has a track record of building strong teams, improving performance, and scaling operations.
As the senior leader on-site, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the clinic while setting the direction for long-term growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the business runs efficiently, delivers a high-quality patient experience, and continues to expand its presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Growth
- Drive patient volume, retention, and overall market expansion
- Identify and develop referral channels and community partnerships
- Lead local outreach initiatives and represent the clinic externally
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve access and grow services
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Oversee clinic financial performance, including revenue and cost management
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to improve results
- Ensure efficient scheduling, staffing models, and workflow processes
- Partner with internal teams to improve systems, reporting, and execution
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing, accountable team
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for staff and leaders
- Create an environment focused on performance, engagement, and retention
- Lead hiring efforts and ensure a strong onboarding experience
Service Delivery & Experience
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the clinic
- Address operational challenges quickly and effectively
- Promote a positive experience for patients and families through strong communication and follow-through
- Maintain compliance with applicable standards and internal expectations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical, administrative, and growth-focused partners
- Align local execution with broader organizational priorities
- Support initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, outpatient services, or a comparable service-based industry
- Demonstrated success managing operations, teams, and financial performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable operating in a growth-oriented, evolving environment
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and lead across teams
