The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Office Manager to support administrative and operational activities across multiple U.S. locations while partnering closely with international teams.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing office operations, employee support, event and executive meeting coordination, travel logistics, and vendor management. This role serves as a key operational partner across the organization and plays an important part in maintaining a positive and well-run employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Office & Administrative Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations across multiple U.S. locations
- Coordinate office vendors, facilities, supplies, and workplace services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and operational support
- Support workplace organization, office maintenance, and general administrative processes
Events & Logistics Coordination
- Plan and coordinate internal company events, team gatherings, offsites, happy hours, and quarterly team activities across multiple office locations
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, catering, transportation, hotel accommodations, scheduling, communications, and attendee coordination
- Support larger-scale meetings and executive events, including board meetings, QBRs, sales kickoffs, and cross-functional leadership gatherings
- Coordinate conference room bookings, audiovisual setup, presentation logistics, vendor communication, and last-minute event troubleshooting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events are executed smoothly, professionally, and within budget
Global Coordination
- Partner closely with international teams to support operational alignment and communication
- Help coordinate activities across multiple time zones and office locations
- Support cross-functional collaboration between U.S.-based and global teams
People Operations & Employee Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, employee communications, and internal processes
- Coordinate employee experience initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture
Travel & Expense Management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Support expense reporting and reimbursement processes
- Assist with travel-related logistics for visiting teams and leadership
Procurement & Operational Support
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and office supply coordination
- Support shipping and logistics across locations
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination in partnership with Finance
About You
- 3–6 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administrative coordination, or similar roles
- Experience supporting multiple offices and/or global teams preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, and operational logistics
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable handling fast-moving situations and last-minute changes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; Hebrew is a strong plus but not a must
