Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range $17-20
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?
- Perform shipping, receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading duties following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Machine Operating Procedures (MOP).
- Maintain accurate records and inventory balances through necessary transactions.
- Operate various warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stock pickers, and RF scanners.
- Perform safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report unsafe conditions or potential hazards to the Team Leader or appropriate resource.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
- Forklift and stock picker experience preferred.
- Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Outlook, JD Edwards, and Internet.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including UPS WorldShip, Fed-Ex, and LTL shipping procedures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, RF scanners, and shrink wrappers.
