Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to help drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a well-rounded B2B marketer who combines strong SEO expertise with demand generation experience and enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing.
The primary focus of this position is improving our company's visibility in traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences, while developing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, SEMrush, content marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SEO & AEO Initiatives
- Develop and execute SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, backlink analysis, and technical SEO reviews.
- Optimize website content and site structure to improve organic performance.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility within AI-powered search platforms and generative search results.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive Demand Generation
- Plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
- Leverage HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Create and Optimize Content
- Write and optimize website pages, blogs, case studies, landing pages, emails, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to translate complex technology concepts into compelling business-focused content.
- Ensure content supports both SEO objectives and demand generation goals.
Manage Social Media Programs
- Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule content that supports thought leadership, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Track engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Support Broader Marketing Initiatives
- Assist with website updates, event promotion, marketing automation, HubSpot CRM management, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven success executing SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in traffic and search visibility.
- Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Strong experience using SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related marketing tools.
- Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with WordPress (Blocksy Theme) for website management and content publishing
Preferred
- Experience with AEO, AI search optimization, or generative search platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation and CRM
- Experience in marketing ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or professional services.
