The Role:
We are seeking a GTM Operations & Program Coordinator to own the systems, workflows, and execution cadence that power revenue marketing.
This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing operations infrastructure, with a particular focus on HubSpot, automation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership & CRM Operations
- Own day-to-day HubSpot administration
- Manage lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, campaigns, and attribution
- Ensure accurate lead routing and marketing-to-sales handoff
- Maintain clean, reliable data and enforce CRM best practices
Revenue Marketing Operations
- Support campaign, lifecycle, event, and partner program execution
- Connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue reporting
- Track campaign performance and maintain weekly GTM dashboards
- Analyze campaign and pipeline data to ensure accurate attribution
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, and sales
- Eliminate blockers and maintain operational momentum
- Drive alignment between GTM initiatives and measurable business outcomes
Process & Automation Optimization
- Document and improve workflows and GTM processes
- Leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual work
- Implement efficiency improvements that enhance scalability
Required Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Coordination
- At least 1 year of recent, hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Linear, Asana, or similar
- AI-oriented mindset (demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows)
- Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work 3 days per week in-office in San Francisco
