Position Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for the growth of our brand, amplifying our story, and bringing the company’s vision to life. The Marketing Director will take our brand to the next level and make it into one of the most recognized brands in the HCM and Workforce Management space. This leader will execute our brand strategy while also driving hands-on execution of the creative process. What will you do:
- Develop, design, and articulate a creative brand strategy across all company markets.
- Define and institute a design process from ideation and concept to implementation and delivery for execution of all creative projects including go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our proprietary software products essential to effectively lead all products and campaigns to market.
- Own the branding, design, and voice of all creative outputs from websites and emails to ads, videos, events, presentations to tradeshow booths and company swag.
- Produce design visualizations to help the team understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Understands our company SaaS products and how to effectively lead them to market.
- Align project deliverables with sales targets in partnership with the development team.
- Oversee the production of all sales and marketing materials, including presentations, blog posts, advertisements, and social media posts..
- Write detailed plans for new product launches and manage implementation of launch plans.
- Work to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and society trends, researching the strategies of our competitors and making recommendations for changes to our own strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/Marketing or related field.
- Experience managing creative products and processes spanning from strategy and ideation to execution and production.
- Demonstrated ability defining brands from the ground up including brand guidelines, tone, and design systems.
- Proven track record working with designers/copywriters/videographers and delivering work across all mediums (print, web, mobile, video)..
- Experience managing a team and demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, mentor and retain creative teams
- Experience leveraging data to track success of brand and creative strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Go-getter mentality, self-starter, and creative mindset.
- Excellent self-management skills.
- Ability to grasp in-depth understanding of the software product(s).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills – both oral and written.
- Deep knowledge of buyer motivations.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
