AApis Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two of our Augusta, GA communities: Green Meadows and The Regency Apartments.
This role owns the day-to-day physical condition of both properties — unit turns, preventive maintenance, work order response times, vendor coordination, and leading a small maintenance team. You'll report directly into property leadership and have real ownership over how these communities run.
What you'll do:
- Oversee maintenance operations across Green Meadows and The Regency
- Manage unit turnover timelines to keep vacancy loss low
- Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Handle vendor relationships and manage maintenance budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes
- Respond to and prioritize resident work orders
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage across two properties and set priorities independently
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
