What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor Needed for Apartment Community position at Confidential?
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the apartment community, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance for the 215 unit apartment community. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs.
Applicants should have familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance skills. Previous apartment complex maintenance experience is a plus.
FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB INCLUDE:
1. Under direction of the Property Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for apartment community and maintenance staff.
2. Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and service request/work orders for occupied apartments.
3. Coordinate, schedule and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Must be willing to be on call; some weekend and after-hours availability may be required.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
