Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs clearance procedures for imported and exported goods, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations including FDA regulations and other international standards.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation such as customs declarations, invoices, shipping manifests, and regulatory reports to facilitate timely clearance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBP standards, transportation management practices, and freight regulations to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with freight carriers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline transportation processes and optimize fleet management strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments related to customs compliance and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or penalties.
• Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met accurately and promptly, including documentation for CBP & FDA compliance when applicable.
• Write detailed reports on customs activities, compliance status, and risk management initiatives to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Valid licensing as a Customs Broker (LCB) in accordance with local or national regulations.

• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management practices, and regulatory reporting tools.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple shipments and compliance documentation simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and problem resolution. Pay: $84,406.12 - $101,650.38 per year
