Key Responsibilities
Performance Evaluation & Employee Development
- Create, enhance, and aggregate evaluation data files using Excel and macros.
- Prepare final evaluation results and support the overall evaluation system.
- Provide regular training for evaluators and new hires.
- Assist in developing training plans and supporting promotion‐related data files.
- Research and recommend training, educational, and self‐development programs; support improvements to annual training initiatives.
Payroll & Compensation Support
- Research job‐market pay scales to support compensation decisions.
- Assist with pay‐raise planning and bonus calculations.
- Improve automated data files for pay raises, bonuses, and status changes using Excel macros.
- Support payroll processing, including 401(k) contributions.
Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist managers with recruiting and hiring for open positions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Support benefits administration.
- Assist with legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Special Projects & Cross‐Functional Support
- Serve as a facilitator for special projects.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
