IT Desktop / End User Support Technician
Position Overview
We're looking for an IT Desktop / End User Support Technician who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, and learning new technologies. In this role, you'll provide on-site support to end users in a fast-paced environment while serving as a trusted IT resource for the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years of hands-on IT support experience who wants to continue developing their technical skills and gain exposure to a broad range of desktop support technologies, endpoint management, and IT operations.
Required Experience & Technical Skills
- 1–4 years of desktop, deskside, or end-user support experience
- Experience supporting:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Active Directory user administration (password resets, account creation, account management, group membership updates, etc.)
- Endpoint management and monitoring tools
- Experience working with:
- IT ticketing / PSA systems
- Inventory and asset management platforms
- Documentation and knowledge base systems
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop hardware and software support for end users
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and application issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office
- Install, configure, deploy, replace, and retire desktop and laptop computers
- Support peripherals, including monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers, and other end-user devices
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and device provisioning
- Complete IMAC requests (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes)
- Perform Active Directory user administration, including password resets and account management
- Provide hands-and-eyes support for remote engineering and infrastructure teams
- Assist with Salesforce integrations and related tasks (training provided)
- Create, update, and maintain accurate tickets and documentation within the company's support platform
- Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records
- Follow established IT procedures, documentation standards, and best practices
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service while building strong relationships with end users

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
