We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and energy-efficient improvements
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding system status, repairs, and recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- Valid HVAC certification (EPA Certification preferred)
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and/or residential systems
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart HVAC technology
- Familiarity with local codes and compliance standards
