I’m partnering with a manufacturing company seeking an HR Generalist with broad HR experience and hands-on ownership of the full FMLA process.
This role supports recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and leave administration while working closely with the HR Manager and employees across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience managing FMLA from initial request and eligibility review through documentation, leave tracking, and return-to-work coordination.
• 3 years of broad HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration skills.
• Someone approachable, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive employee matters.
• ADP Workforce Now experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are a plus.
