Manufacturing organization has an immediate need for a Human Resources Business Partner who will serve in a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, driving both day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness. This role plays an important part in supporting growth initiatives through scalable people practices, talent development, and workforce planning.

Supporting manufacturing operations across several facilities, this position requires balancing strategic thinking with practical execution across all areas of Human Resources. The HRBP will partner closely with leaders, support change initiatives, and implement people processes that enable operational growth and organizational success.
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Supporting organizational growth and change initiatives
- Enhancing employee engagement and culture
- Building scalable HR programs and processes
- Influencing and coaching business leaders
- Managing complex employee relations matters independently
- Supporting multi-site operations; multi-state experience preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
