Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end recruitment for hourly and indirect production roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
-Coordinate onboarding processes and support the delivery of training and employee integration programs
-Identify training needs and support the development and execution of annual learning and development plans
-Manage workforce planning in line with production needs, volume fluctuations, and budget targets
-Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure timely updates
-Monitor and report on HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and labour costs
-Support forecasting and budgeting for headcount and HR-related expenses
-Assist in compensation processes, including offers, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring policy alignment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR practices and labour regulations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and implement HR initiatives.
