Help Desk Technician

Description

Our client is seeking an IT help desk technician to assist team members with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with team members remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting while aiming to resolve issues efficiently. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Akron,OH.
