A digital-first, future-forward fine jewelry platform in NYC is building the next phase of growth and looking for a sales leader who understands how luxury clients discover, engage, and buy today.
This is a digitally enabled luxury growth role built around technology, brand, and client experience. Luxury Fine jewelry B2B experience is required. You will lead revenue growth across a digitally driven environment supported by strong production capabilities, modern tools, and a platform designed for scale.
Role Description
- Own outbound and relationship-driven sales across luxury retail and B2B accounts
- Build structured outreach blending digital engagement with relationship development
- Lead and develop a team of five across national and regional sales functions
- Operate as a player-coach, active in outreach, relationship building, and closing
- Partner with Marketing to convert digital engagement into qualified pipeline
- Create repeatable sales systems designed for scale
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across existing and new retail accounts
- Expand client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Manage five direct reports across account development and pipeline generation
- Lead national trade show strategy, appointment planning, and post-event conversion
- Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns, launches, and pipeline growth
- Maintain strong CRM discipline with clear pipeline visibility and reporting
Experience
- 8 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Experience in luxury, fine jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer brands required
- Comfortable operating in digital-first or technology-enabled environments
- Experience managing or mentoring small commercial teams
- Proven ability to build relationships that drive repeat revenue

Compensation
- Base salary: $120K-150K, based on experience
- Performance bonus tied to revenue growth and client acquisition
