Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Functional Specialist in the Insurance Solutions Group where you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and Guidewire PolicyCenter. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex insurance product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Provide expert guidance on the configuration and customization of PolicyCenter to meet specific client needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PolicyCenter implementations ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and proficiency in insurance products.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all system implementations.
- Support the transition of new solutions from development to production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine system functionalities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for future system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their lifecycle.
- Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter with proven implementation experience.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance domain.
- Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations.
- Display effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a related field with advanced certifications as a plus.
