Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Employee to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the golf course is kept in excellent playing condition. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical labor, and can work in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily golf course maintenance, including mowing, trimming, raking, and general landscaping
- Operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles
- Assist with bunker maintenance, irrigation repairs, and course setup
- Perform seasonal tasks including leaf removal and turf care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures, including heat and cold
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance experience is a plus but not required
