A Rhode Island based property management company has a rare and immediate opening for a full-time maintenance person / handyman to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance Work for Residential Apartment Buildings
- Must have Knowledge of Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical.
- Required hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
- Alternating “on-call” coverage; evenings and weekends. Very few after hour calls.
Qualifications:
- Valid RI Driver’s License.
- Pass background criminal check.
Compensation:
- From $28.00 to $35.00 Per Hour Based on Experience.
- Blue Cross / Blue Shield plan available.
