Job Description
Local foundry in Seville is hiring Foundry General Labor team members. This position involves assisting in the production process, handling castings, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The job may look complex on paper, but duties are rotated-you will not be doing everything at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Removing castings from molds
- Dressing and finishing castings
- Preparing and cleaning molds
- Inserting and removing pins and caps
- Moving materials within the foundry
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Following all safety and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times
- Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Steel-toe boots required
Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday (4 days, 10 hours each)
- 3rd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM, Monday-Thursday (4 days, 10 hours each)
