What we're looking for:
- Experience in food service management, preferably in skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Experience with menu planning, purchasing, inventory, and budgets
- A genuine appreciation for hospitality and the people behind every meal
- Applicable dietary management credentials, or the ability to meet regulatory requirements
