POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Licensed Financial Representative, you will work directly with families to assess their financial needs, recommend appropriate protection and savings solutions, and build a loyal client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

─────────────────────────────

• Conduct financial needs assessments (virtual or in-person)
• Present and recommend financial protection and savings products
• Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio
• Participate in weekly team training and development meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

─────────────────────────────

• No prior financial services experience required — full training provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a state licensing background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Commission-based income with no cap — $750 – $2,000 per week
• Performance bonuses and incentive programs
• Flexible schedule — part-time or full-time
• Hybrid work environment — remote occasional in-person meetings in our Miami Lakes office.
