Snapshot of responsibilities:
- Key role in the preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K SEC filings
- Broad technical accounting exposure, including share-based compensation, EPS, debt, hedging, leases and other complex accounting matters
- Partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal and senior finance leadership
- Involvement in earnings materials, accounting policy and implementation of new GAAP and SEC requirements
- Manage and a team while maintaining hands-on involvement in key reporting initiatives
- Opportunity to drive process improvements and take on business-critical projects
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience
- CPA required
- Public accounting experience with some SEC clients or industry experience currently in a SEC/external reporting role
- Leadership and team development experience
- Workiva and/or OneStream experience is a plus

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
