Senior FP&A Analyst | $110-130K

A fast-growing, mid-sized consumer health company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This role provides critical insights into business performance, supporting strategic decisions and driving growth across the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly close and performance reporting, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year
- Deliver actionable financial insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct ad hoc and scenario-based analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
- Analyze pricing, costs, and gross margins to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive sell-in / sell-out / inventory analysis, including reconciliation, pipeline tracking, and risk identification
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Develop and automate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI / Excel)
- Partner with business leaders across functions to ensure data alignment and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in consumer health / CPG
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACA/ACCA a plus)
