Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role that supports both core accounting functions and financial planning & analysis. Financial Analyst Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a hybrid FP&A/accounting role
• Strong command of financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Proven ability to support financial reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling); familiarity with full Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
• Exposure to business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, etc.)
• Strong understanding of gross margin analysis, including SKU- and channel-level performance
• Working knowledge of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and sales tax compliance
• Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Background in consumer goods or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
