Field Service Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Williston, ND, for a Field Service Specialist. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and executing field service tasks related to hydraulic systems for clients. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance. The position also requires direct interaction with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Field Service operations, including equipment maintenance and repair
• Skilled in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve complex hydraulic system issues
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, on-site capacity
• Previous experience in the hydraulics or oil and gas industry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field is preferred
