Job Description
Hands-on Extrusion Manager to manage 8 plastic profile extrusion lines. Lead the team, keep the machines running efficiently and troubleshoot production issues.
What You Will Do
- Run the Shop: Lead daily operations and staff for 8 extrusion lines.
- Fix Problems: Troubleshoot tooling, material flow, and product defects.
- Boost Efficiency: Increase line speed, cut scrap, and reduce downtime.
- Keep Up Equipment: Oversee maintenance on PMs and breakdowns.
- Test New Products: Run trials and setups for new plastic profiles.
What You Need
- Experience: 5 years in plastic extrusion (profile extrusion is a huge plus).
- Leadership: Experience supervising or leading a manufacturing crew.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of dies, tooling, and downstream equipment.
- Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
