We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Director to lead the daily operations of a growing outpatient healthcare clinic. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall performance of the clinic, including operations, patient service, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes. The successful candidate will create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring patients receive outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, accreditation, and company standards.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and labor management.
- Resolve patient concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Develop relationships with community partners and support clinic growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience leading operations within a healthcare clinic or ambulatory care setting.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient experience.
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
- Clinical licensure is a plus but not required.
