We are looking to add an experienced, motivated fine dining chef executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. This is an opportunity to run a BOH, fine dining operation in one of Manhattan's most prestigious, landmark, residential buildings.
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
Must-haves:
- At least five years of progressive culinary experience in a fine dining setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with budget statements.
Nice-to-haves:
- Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
$120-$130 K plus bonus
