Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH located in Midtown Manhattan, NYC.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and high-level engagements
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials
- Arrange detailed travel plans (domestic and international)
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas and follow-ups
- Support planning of executive-level meetings and events
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a primary back-up for the reception desk, as needed.
- Order catering for meetings.
- Manage contact lists and databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Experience supporting C-suite executives preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with heavy calendar management and travel arrangement
- Notary license is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of executive support experience in a corporate environment
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
