About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in facility maintenance. The successful candidate will assist with routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs to help ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and operational.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Assist with basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, or equipment issues.
- Complete and maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work environment.
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with larger projects and repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support daily facility operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to learn maintenance systems and procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
